Delete your Nour Market account

You can delete your Nour Market account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies to the Nour Market app on Android and iPhone and to the website nour.market.

In the app

1. Open the Nour Market app and sign in.
2. Tap your photo in the bottom-right corner, then Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at nour.market and open My account.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Write to info@nour-market.com or call +993 62 43 04 19 from the phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted straight away: your account, your name, phone number, email address and password, and your profile photo. You can no longer sign in with it.
• Kept: records of orders you have already placed, including the delivery details on them, because we need them for our sales and accounting records. If you also want your saved addresses and order details removed, write to us and we will delete or anonymise them unless the law requires us to keep them.
• An account cannot be deleted while one of its orders is still in progress. Wait until the order is delivered or cancelled, then try again.

Вы можете в любой момент удалить свой аккаунт Nour Market и связанные с ним персональные данные. Это относится к приложению Nour Market для Android и iPhone и к сайту nour.market.

В приложении

1. Откройте приложение Nour Market и войдите в аккаунт.
2. Нажмите на своё фото в правом нижнем углу, затем Профиль.
3. Нажмите Удалить аккаунт и подтвердите.

На сайте

1. Войдите на nour.market и откройте Мой аккаунт.
2. Выберите Удалить аккаунт и подтвердите.

Без приложения

Напишите на info@nour-market.com или позвоните по номеру +993 62 43 04 19 с номера телефона, указанного в аккаунте, и попросите удалить аккаунт. Мы удалим его в течение 7 дней и сообщим, когда это будет сделано.

Что удаляется, а что сохраняется

• Удаляется сразу: аккаунт, имя, номер телефона, email и пароль, а также фото профиля. Войти в этот аккаунт будет уже нельзя.
• Сохраняется: сведения об уже оформленных заказах, включая данные доставки в них, — они нужны для учёта продаж. Если вы хотите удалить и сохранённые адреса, и данные заказов, напишите нам — мы удалим или обезличим их, если закон не требует их хранить.
• Аккаунт нельзя удалить, пока один из его заказов ещё выполняется. Дождитесь доставки или отмены заказа и попробуйте снова.
